

DESIGN CONCEPT




The bartending process is like a double dance, performed by both the bartender and the bartending tool. Mixing is a complex culinary process that involves pouring different colors and flavors of wine into a jigger and then into a shaker cup, followed by the main event, the mixing of the wine, the shaker sometimes spinning in the air, sometimes spinning around the bartender, and matching the bartender's pace and skills, making the whole performance like a waltz.
