DESIGN CONCEPT
Nowadays, employees spend half of their day in the office rather than outdoors, which often leads to a lack of connection with nature. Therefore, I designed an organizer with the aim of bringing marine life into their workspace.
The stacking and nesting design within the box mirrors how corals grow, with individual corals stacking atop each other to form intricate structures. The leaf-like shape of the organizer provides ample space for office supplies, much like coral formations provide space for fish to swim. As users place items on the organizer, it sways gently, mimicking the natural movement of coral in response to ocean currents. This interactive design allows users to adjust the balance and experience the dynamic and lively essence of the ocean.
